he was even invited to Naruto & Hinata's wedding!!! nothing like inviting a pedo who committed genocide, espionage, attempted and successful murders of different hokages to your wedding... and then more (just for fun, maybe)
That he did. But I doubt he had sex with them. If anything he came off as a cult leader to teenagers like the Sound Four and the Sound Chunin Team.

i mean, taking advantage of their bodies does not have to mean sex. he took advantage of sasuke's body and used his craving for revenge to experiment and put a curse mark on him. he lured children and kept their bodies in those tanks for years (hint: yamato when he was a child)
