Here is a wholesome story
So my doggo was a really close friend of Romeo (my cat), before Nerone (my doggo), passed away. Yesterday I gave my cat a plush that very closely resembled Nerone (it was basically just a miniature version of him). When I got home, I saw that the plush was covered in cat fur and moved like my cat was nuzzling it. I later came in to see my cat licking the plush. I guess Romeo never forgot about Nerone :')
