Actually, it'd be Ruru-Chan since the music video that was made in memorial of Roro-Chan didn't actually feature Roro-Chan (or Roro-Chan's physical appearance) in it. Instead, it featured a different character named Ruru-Chan. They are both quite similar, however; Ruru-Chan was based on the information that the creators had of Roro-Chan. Technically, the music video featured three different girls who committed suicide, but they are different variations of Ruru-Chan. The music video made by the band never featured Roro-Chan. The video was supposed to raise awareness of the suicide rates in Japan, but they based the main protagonist (Ruru-Chan) off of Roro-Chan. It even says in the title of the music video that it was Ruru-Chan, not Roro-Chan.
