First off, SCP-96 is built like a tank. Only time I think he gets killed, maybe, is during that SCP-001 apocalypse, "When Day Breaks". So it's pretty unlikely that 106 can kill him. He could trap him in the pocket dimension, but the moment 106 sees his face, he'd go into a rage, and the 2 will probably be trying to kill each other for a pretty long time. And, to be honest, I'd bet on 096 winning if that happens.
