Add'l Points - lateral tilt (left shoulder higher than right); chest angled upward (spinal extension); torso rotated towards back of fence; impact occurs whilst wrist is radially deviated (thumb upward) for powerful shoulder pronation; Index finger spread for leverage
Feel Tennis: Add a small pop with wrist (like a trampoline effect) at moment of impact ... but this is absorbed into the full swing and is imperceptible to the naked eye
#6 Pronation is effected by the "elbow snap" not a wrist snap ... the wrist snaps due to the action of the elbow and the looseness of the wrist ... if you "snap" from the elbow all arm links (shoulder/elbow/wrist) will contribute to the impact at contact
Leg Power: Hips bend diagonally into court ...Left hip higher than Right ... with knees bent and Right knee bent more than Left ... this will enable power from Legs and the Cartwheel of Shoulders
Try NOT to fall LEFT after impact ... just incorporate a little left side bend ...weight must fall forward towards opponent but avoid lowering torso excessively
