I've heard both sides and gotten the most I can from both stories. I've come to the conclusion the danny is a cool guy mother awesome. Between drizzy's inability to say what danny was banned for and the fact that danny [from what I see] is behaving normal and has been more considerate then 90% of users [mental health checks, saying good morning, etc] the ban he got was unfair and unjust.
