True true but the government technically doesn't run the bank or currency it just encourages the use of the monetary system you've set up.

He needs to show me any successful modern economy that lacks a central bank. I don’t think he can. If he’s defining the existence of a central bank that regulates money supply as “not capitalist” then every country on earth is not capitalist by his definition. That’s actually evidence in favor of what he’s calling “slothism.”

Then we get into Bitcoin & crypto which is untethered from government and central banks entirely — but even that is soon about to be regulated by government anyway because those crypto markets are a mess. Yadda yadda, I’ve already written about that several times. Crypto isn’t the wave of the future, it’s the wave of the past when people carried herds of cattle everywhere to pay for shit.

What scares you more? That you now have to claim a system where the Gov't starts out owning everything and then gives it away to each according to his needs is "Capitalism?" Or that the concept of money coming from work, not "The Gov't" never even occurred to you until I brought it up? That you actually believed "waiting for your welfare check" is capitalism?
