I live in a city that has overpaid employees in city hall and some other parts of the city that make well over two hundred thousand dollars a year, including benefits. Yet the city seems to want to go back to having an excessive amount of overpaid employees to do as little as possible as it was pre pandemic.
Btw you know Dr. Fauchi's salary is the highest in the federal government at four hundred and seventeen thousand dollars a year. Doctors depends on their specialty.
Then with businesses: You know that they have revolving incoming and outgoing revenue. Including cost of operation which can include things such as rent, utilities, and other cost of running the day to day business. Then there's inventory on hand which can also includes a cost of manufacturing the product before it is sold. Which if you can do it is a good business practice, because people normally don't want to order something and have to wait three months to get it ( I may be a little excessive with the time but you get the point. Right?) Then you get closer to employee payroll. So you see these are just some of the examples of costs before the business makes a profit. Which is usually put back into the business for continued operation and expansion. Do you need more information?
