Had Bill Clinton not needed to hide his STDs the democrats would never have gotten HIPPA passed. So in some way Clinton, because of his sexual behavior, saved Biden from disclosing his medical records.
It’s not that he fell, or has mental lapses, or can’t do a normal press conference, or can’t do a State of the Union address. It’s who is using him and propping him up. Huge security risk.
