Nashville Bombing

If the news outlets are saying the RV was the source of the explosion then why does this footage clearly show the explosion originating from the street?

Where's the source for the footage?

I believe the RV had everything to do with this bombing in Nashville but I have questions as to when and how the materials where transferred from the RV to the manhole. I am assuming the area is full of underground utility tunnels. I guesstimate that's how the power was cut. From looking online it appears that most if not all of the bars in the area are in basements (noise ordinance maybe?) so I am guessing that all the other buildings have basements as well.
