Instead of just simply left and right ONLY, there kind of IS neat little boxes on both sides: there are leftists, liberals, progressives, Socialists, Social Democrats, left Libertarians, etc. on the left side of center. There are Libertarian Conservatives, far right fascists, conservatives, alt-right, Paleoconservatives, etc. on the right side of center. You seem to be a right-leaning Libertarian. I am, perhaps, slightly left of center, and you may be slightly right of center; and we're staring each other down from across the line between SIDES. From looking at your past posts, you attack the LEFT "side" constantly and only, so you're "side" is obviously the RIGHT. Also, you seem to think the left is the only side capable of tyranny. Yes, the far left Communist governments were/are tyrannical, but, you would agree that the far right is also capable of this? Such as the Confederate States of America and Hitler's regime? Anyway, my main and current battle is not against Republicans, it is against the science-denying, stupid, hateful, xenophobic, 'finish the wall'-hyper-nationalist cult of Trump worshippers. In your past posts, you seem to only attack Trump's opponents, so you ARE on a specific side.

There absolutely IS a "left" and "right," regardless of what the peasant cares about. There could be a state official from a far left OR far right government, aiming the gun, but, yes, the peasant wouldn't care. That doesn't mean the two sides of the political spectrum don't exist.

Anyway, you ONLY attack the left in the posts you've made in both the past and present. I'm an Independent who is willing to criticize the left; you seem to be unable to criticize the right. Go back and look at a bunch of your posts on this website.

About the violence being committed: I know this is 'whataboutism', but, what about groups and individuals from the right committing violence since May? Are you just not aware of that?

In August, a man on a cross-country protest walk was shot by locals near Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Groups like the Proud Boys and 'Patriot Prayer' have been highly active in brawls and some car rammings.

I've checked only politically-center rated media. The violence is not JUST from BLM and Antifa. There have been many incidents of violence from right-wing counter-protesters (not counting threats or plots).

Here's a non-media source you can believe or not, but you should look them up: The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED), a global, non-partisan crisis monitoring nonprofit that track political violence and demonstrations. They seem to be focused on facts. Try not to JUST look up what right leaning media says about the ACLED, because they might be wrong or misleading. Instead, read some of their stuff, give them a chance, and make your own determination.

The U.S. based ACLED is funded by the State Department’s Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations, among many other contributors. They published a report finding 93% of BLM protests are peaceful. And in another report, they seem to have found that violent activities associated with the non-centralized movement Antifa have been minimal. Yes, there are some instances of Kyle Rittenhouse-like violence that was also heavily covered in the news, from at least a couple of Antifa people.

Ok, I'm not one of those far-left people who are offended by every little thing; I'm a closer-to-center dude who had/have conservative parents. Present-day conservatives seem to lump all left-leaning people with the 'looking-for-something-to-offend-me' LIBS.
