Had the exact same problem with memes. Never saw front page with a meme and rarely got more than a few votes. Seems that people are more likely to vote on gifs. Granted, if you don't have img pro you can only do certain things with gifs and not as many words. Seen many of the still pics in memes as gifs too but if you want to write much then it isn't so great. It must be the animation. Was on here for 2 years and never saw first page then started on gifs. and it now happens pretty frequently. Saturday nights are terrible for getting upvotes on much of anything.

did you honestly think I would read all that and still give an upvote? sure, its a gif, but my statement still stands. THIS GO***MN THING STILL GETS UPVOTES. THE GIF IS ABSOLUTE BULLCRAP.

Didn't consider getting upvotes and don't care on this epic of a level about getting them and hate to tell you but a few of your memes were funny but the others didn't fit for the "fun" category plus the meme template has a bit to do with it. People view gifs and memes to get a laugh. They aren't looking to have to think anything out and themes like animals, toilet humor and things like that tend to get people laughing. I enjoy cats and many like cats so people click them more. You're pretty new here and in viewing your stuff only 24 were featured! What do you expect? Submit 2 a day and more may be viewed. I've submitted thousands. People also tend to have no use for people who insist on upvotes and who whine like it's the end of the world. Try another meme site. Maybe you'd have better luck You come across like you'd put a bullet in anyone who didn't vote for you and I don't run this website. Keep making memes, submit your allowance of 2 a day and stop attacking people who have no control over these things and maybe that will improve. imgflip isn't North Korea. I make and submit 2 a day everyday and it's mainly for a couple of people that enjoy them but yeah it's fun to get upvotes and annoying when you don't especially with some of the lame crap on 1st page memes. Some tech savvy people also have learned a way to cheat votes as well. Keep up the yelling at me about this and I'll flag your post like I had to do to others who were jealous
