Read my comment replies to him, start at this one and read on: "I wish they'd let you add a gif reply as a comment (they always come out static) & it just takes to long sometimes to add a gif reply the only way that I know how to sometimes.

*If there is anything that you don't understand after reading the comments on the link above just ask.

You can test your creations on your own uploads (as comments replies) then just delete them afterwards and post them elsewhere.

Obviously you start by hitting Create, Make a GIF, Upload Video, on that button you can choose to either upload a video or a gif, but you probably already know that bit so click the link above and read on.

If you try and copy the above part just make sure that you also copy the forward slash / as well as it misses that part out if I hold down on it to copy it on my phone until I manually select it.
