Unemployment Claims from 1970 - Present in Thousands

The vast majority of Covid-19 cases are in New York. They have nearly 10x the amount of California, in spite of California having 18,000,000 more people than New York.

The country cannot afford to have states other than New York maintain stay at home orders past May first. The country is bigger than the state of New York and we need to get back to work.

I support Trump in his effort to fight this issue. I believe he has done a commendable job. But we will need to reopen the country and soon or the economy will not be better than the Obama economy.
