Can we not post gifs in the comments anymore?

Lately when I try to post a gif in the comments section it
doesn't give me the bbc link or whatever it was called...

I think the reason BBCode was replaced by the Embed HTML box is for efficiency of site resources. If Imgflip steers users to using the Embed code, it's cheaper for Imgflip to display it wherever the image ends up being used.

Here's the raw embed link without the html, will fill the page width

You can still make click to show links and they will work. Copy the address for the image page, like from this page,

imgflip.com/gif/39aiho

Edit the link by adding an "i." before imgflip.com, remove "gif/" in the middle, add ".gif" at the end
