"50 First Dates" - it reminded me so much of what my husband went through a couple of times when I lost my memory due to a brain lesion.
Toy Story II also brought me to tears. And watching The Yearling with my dad. Remember that, very sad.

Oh, 50 first dates made me cry too!! Especially when,I found out it's a real neurological disorder.
I hope you're all healed & back to baseline after your brain issue.

Yes, the lesion has "shrunk" over the years. Rarely gives me any problems. Thanks much :)
The part in The Iron Giant where the giant is ready to sacrifice himself and says "Superrrrrmannn." T.T
And in Brave when it looks like her mom's transformation is permanent.

I've only ever cried at one movie and that was 'My Girl' when the little boy died. I was pretty young when I watched it though. Movies don't seem to have that effect on me anymore.

The legend of sleeping bear sand dunes. Long ago before the settlers and pioneers had seetked the land there was a forest in Wisconsin. In the forest there was a mother ear and her two cubs living life and enjoying it. One day a huge forest fire broke out and every animal in the woods had to scram. So the bears run into Lake Michigan with the fire raging behind them. The bears swim. After a while the cubs are getting tired and the mom says to them keep up please. Eventually she makes it to the shore of michigan but her cubs have are gone. So she waits for years thru dust and snow and sand. Evantully her body wore out and she passed away. However the great spirit hard her angiyj and grief and pulled the cubs bodies out of the water. The spirit put the bodies on north and south manitu island so the mother bear would never be far from her cubs
