You should make sure to resize your gifs to the largest size setting when you upload and edit them :-)

Naaa, its not the video.  You have to resize it. As an experiment  I downloaded your gif, then uploaded it and adjusted the size on the generator.  See, it's like twice the size :-)

And I tried to adjust that but I get a corruption error message......I crop out a lot of crap on the vids

I've found sometimes if I'm cropping I can't enlarge them. So I crop, publish, download and upload the cropped version and enlarge it
