You've explained what you do in the past, but do you work with Viper or a similar company? I've been to a bunch of trade shows, I know that's a bunch of work.
Viper doesn't do a whole lot of work out here. We deal mostly with Freeman and GES with a few others thrown in when it comes to decorators.
The company I work for is PSAV. We deal pretty much exclusively with the production side
Lol, yeah anytime a company buys another one it never ends up smooth...I know from experience. We bought one 2 years ago, still turmoil. It's hard to break old habits for people, I've learned that the hard way.
They made their first major purchase back when I first became a manager. So I had multiple branded gear and two payroll systems to deal with.
They just bought another competitor, so there will be another couple years of intergration
