Just now you'll get the hang of uploading your arrows to videos. The trick is to try to use gifs that are very short like under 5 seconds. Longer gifs are hard to get the arrow to move by the frames. ☺️

I still haven't figured out how to get the arrow to do it's thing in a gif. I saved this in the meme generator. Move it a little and save it, repeat.
Check out the gif generator and you'll see the option to add images.
Use png images and once you've uploaded your image to the gif you'll see the option to enable motion. ☺️
