"Sudoku" and "Subaru" or both play-on-words, that I've heard, that people have used in lew of the actual term. The actual act is, in fact, called "Seppuku" or also "Hiri-Kiri". I believe I've also heard someone once jokingly call it "S'barro." But, it is not a pun, it is a play on words.
