how does one post gifs in the comments

You need to create a gif for yourself by coping or off YouTube. When you make it, go to the page of your gif. Click the "share" button. In the BBCode, highlight from the second http through to .gif, then paste it into the comment. Once it is posted, it won't be clickable til the page is refreshed. It may take a few times to get used to it.
