This is the famous chump what we call Peter Reichard. Pete has a house in Guilford, CT that he bought from his parents for a dollar back in the 1970s. This guy is a full blooded coward of a boy ya'll! When you call him by phone to ask for the evidence he's illegally withholding that exonerates you and incriminates his little boy squad in NL, pete-y reichard calls his local police department and presses criminal charges for harassment! Poor little fella hasn't learned to get over his fear of the public. While watching the Ferguson riots on TV Mr. Reichard became so alarmed that he asked the New London mayor and city council for an estimated 25 thousand dollars in riot gear. Cowards and criminals wearing riot gear? How adorable!
