The medication I take with the most difficult name is LEVETIRACETAM which is an anti-seizure drug. I pronounce it better than the doctors do, they just use the brand name, KEPPRA.
I don't care about them not being able to pronounce the names. I'm more concerned with the doctors who pass out opioids like candy. Too many people get addicted and turned out because of doctors being quick to write a prescription for "any reason."
my gf is in nursing school and it's more entertaining than tv to kick back with a brew and listen to her trying to pronounce drug names while studying for her pharmacology class.
