COM center of mass ...COP (center of pressure) ...move your COM so the COP (which is the spot on the ground that absorbs your COM) meets the ball correctly ..i.e. just in front of ball with irons and directly above ball with driver
12/25/2017 ...think of the hips as "the new shoulders" at address and try to use the brain's wiring to initiate with the hips instead of the instinctual shoulder swing
Focus on getting your body positioned correctly at impact...i.e. hips open. left wrist bowed, right shoulder under / on plane, shaft leaning fwd, right knee moving in, "covering" ball, steady head, glutes tucked .... ...do not focus on hitting ball
