stop the hip rotation when the right hip reaches the left foot ...ohterwise you'll spin out and pull shot s

Keep the left leg "solid" ...you must post up on the left leg and rotate around it

In the DS, do not stop the right hip at square ...keep it rotating so it is above the left foot. If you focus on this swing thought, you'll avoid the instinctual lunge at the ball with the shoulders
