Tilt of Shoulders determine height of shot ...and pulls the racket out of a circular plane and into an S Curve ...do not use the arm to pull the racket across the body ...the shoulders will do this AND ...with less effort

keep grip light ..not loose but no death gip either ...impact ball with laid back wrist and immediately do into a wrist roll
