Arms are ropes, keep CF at 90* to swing plane, torqued squat, CH stays behind and to the side, tuck right elbow, bow the wrist, shallow shaft , knuckles down, pull with left oblique, push with ball of right foot, keep wrists cocked, hands lead CH, throw frisbee (sideways), pull with left oblique AND left tricep, body turn closes CF with controlled rate of closure, cover ball (tip out), hands in front at impact, roll right foot, convex lower back, ulnar deviation, square CF by shift to left heel, GFR & SLR, extend torso AND arms to target, high finish, FT - back diagonally faces ground, torso stays in LSR

envision a basket between the knees that drops in the TS ...bear in mind the function of the hips is to line up where you are directing the clubhead speed ...clubhead speed mostly comes from arm speed but only after you position the hips correctly
