Forehand - Fist moves fwd …NOT wrist brings back racquet ..moving the fist fwd naturally set the racket into a cocked and lagged position …simply bring the fist up and let the racket swing over the ball via hip/shoulder turn

Body Positioning: do not swing around the body ....swing in a linear fashion
