Do not swing arm ...swing hips and torso via abs ...pulling butt cap first ...wrist impacts cupped and extends out to target

extend right arm down the right side ...do not immediately wrap arm around torso ...extend first then wrap

at first, elbow is pointing down and inward ...at just past impact, the elbow moves outwards counter-clockwise and points to the right
