lifting right foot onto toes destroys the swing plane ...it lifts right hip and shoulder and causes out to in swing (slice) ...keep right foot on the ground and roll it thru impact
...to prevent lifting onto toes of right foot, use the (left side of) right knee slam towards the ball at impact to keep the right foot grounded and rolling
