Very key that thru impact and into the follow thru, you must keep your posture (side bend right) ...esp. with long irons and woods

Avoid spin outs by keeping right knee in check during the TS / DS ... you can even flare out the knee to the right slightly ...this will open the left hip the req'd 15* without negatively affecting the position of the shoulder girdle

The Power Movement: from top of BS (whilst still torque up) ...The weight goes into the left toe...and you then push back up from the ground while releasing torqued shoulder girdle ...weight goes into the left heel ...that opens the body ...clubhead quickens thru impact ...it is this move that provides the clubhead speed ...Dan Whitaker

BS: Arms must be completely in sync with the shoulder rotation. If your arms keep on going after your shoulder turn has stopped, you are gonna hit blocks ...Dan Whitaker
