Tennis: Optimum Cross String Contact

Bring the butt cap fwd and turn with torso into ball ...do not extend arm early and hit ball with arm and racket in a straight line ...keep the wrist flexed back ...try and impact ball diagonally across the string bed for enhanced power ...this concept works on BH too

At impact, the racket head can be slightly behind the hand ...this imparts spinny power to your shot .... also at impact for flat shot, the racket head can be slightly ahead of the hand...this imparts power to a flat FH shot ...but for topspin ground stroke, hand is in front and racket head lags ....
