Note how there is no hit whatsoever from the arms ...all power comes from torso rotation initiated by left hip

The Ross Move ....the hip rotation brings down the elbows (not the golf club) to the front of torso ...this will avoid getting arms "stuck" in the DS

this golfer has an interesting way of straightening his left knee in GFR ..it almost goes concave ...seems to keep him centered and "covering" the ball with upper torso ...and prevents early extension too ....must try it
