Forward swing: When elbow reaches shoulder height, you lead swing with elbow which naturally transitions into a powerful racket drop ...after racket drop, envisage you are hammering a nail in the ceiling with edge of frame to get the correct sensation of hitting up ...just before impact pronate entire arm thru contact ....keep elbow bent and pointing up post impact
