Note "stable wrist" thru impact ...the wrist is laid back and loose ...do not tighten wrist for power ...loosen wrist instead ...it is counter-intuitive but a laid back loose wrist is more stable 'cuz it is immobile via joint design (not muscular effort) ...muscular effort (rotary) is only exerted via hip and shoulders... and the wasted muscular effort used in tensing the wrist at impact is freed up by simply laying back the wrist into the "stable wrist" position
