Do not sway or lunge fwd with the hips...rather focus on a more vertical, centered rotation of your body via a correct hip turn i.e. ... Turn hips 45° in the BS. Then (keeping a little weight on the inside of right leg) fire L. knee & bring hips open to only 15° in the DS ...now release the shoulder / arm unit "structure" making sure to crouch down slightly... Keep hands in front of ball and R. shoulder moving thru impact ...the "lunge" happens later toward the target (not earlier at the ball)
