the right knee moves ACROSS not around ..,push with the left side of the ball of right foot ...feel your right knee tucking into the side of the left knee

Use thighs to initiate TS ...be sure to complete the BS ...do not try to steer with arms ....let the action of the legs, torso and shoulder girdle whip arm unit "structure" thru impact ...the only manipulation of the "structure" is left knuckles facing down as arms whip thru to the straight line release

in TS, simply get thighs parallel with the target line

Do not sway or lunge fwd with the hips...rather focus on a more vertical, centered rotation of your body via a correct hip turn i.e. ... Turn hips 45° in the BS. Then (keeping a little weight on the inside of right leg) fire L. knee & bring hips open to only 15° in the DS ...now release the shoulder / arm unit "structure" making sure to crouch down slightly... Keep hands in front of ball and R. shoulder moving thru impact ...the "lunge" happens later toward the target (not earlier at the ball)

resist the BS rotation of left knee ....hold it in place or just slightly moved out ...once BS is wound up to the point the resistance is difficult, let the left knee come inward ...then immediately rotate it back out and slightly up ..this is the trigger for the TS to start
