Proper weight transfer: Load up the right leg in the unit turn. Then, precisely at impact, shift weight upwards, thru and into on-coming ball ...do not shift weight onto left side before impact

Note the torso is inclined to the right ..you can see it clearly via the shoulder line ..this imparts heavy topspin when combined with the low to high swing path

Start swing 1' below incoming ball ....Hit back of ball and brush over top ...Level out swing and pull arm across chest with bicep

note the use of the left arm in a "yes !!" inward pull ...this is a effective way to start the upper torso rotating (in tandem with the aggressive hip turn) and create massive arm lag

Don't lay open the racket in the BS ....Bring the racket back with the TIP facing forward (at opponent)
