I upvoted your comment a couple days ago, but didn't comment right away. I was trying to remember where I saw that gag. I think it's "Spaceballs". They'd walk up to the door, turn their head a bit, make a distinct "Swishhh!" , and the door would open. Lol :-)

That's awesome! It's been probably 10 years since I've seen that movie. Really all I can remember is that big ass helmet.

They are very intelligent, those 2 front paws, are hands, so it easy for a cat to open a door, uncover a pot, hit their owner, which my cat is famous for, and many other things. :)
