loop racket back with head pointing at opponent and a high elbow (nudge) ...then, keeping elbow in place, simply extend the arm to the outside ...next - pull with the hips & arm ...the racket will go down and back "on its own" (flip) ...create space between body and racket to better engage the shoulder girdle for enhanced power ...hit ball slightly out (power) & below COP (so strings close over top of ball)
