It does appear so, that show has been on for a long time I have no idea what season this is from or if that's even what he's really saying lol. The thing I noticed because I have photo shopped his head so much is that his hair looks like somebody combed it that way, instead of his usual just got out of bed and shuffled barefoot on a shag carpet look he normally has ;)
