If someone wants to smoke, go ahead, let them. All I'm asking is to stay downwind of me because I'm I hate the smell of smoke and I don't want to get cancer. If they don't mind the risks and want to smoke, it's their life and they can do whatever they want to do. Plus, the amount of money the government gets from smokers is pretty large. If you like to smoke, then by all means, go ahead. Your decisions are not mine.
