In TS, shift left, shallow the swing plane and bend / rotate left knee outward (get left femur leaning back) ....and THEN push up off ground as indicated in GIF

Dec 8, 2016 1. ...knuckles down is part of the UDT ...it segways into the UDT seamlessly
2. Envision the clubhead as circular ..now do not think about squaring CF...a correct grip will do this automatically ...instead think about the other more important elements fo the golf swing such as rope arms or finishing on left heel or using glutes etc etc..
3. try the VROOOM tip from Feel Tennis to initiate the golf swing slowly

Dec 16 2016 ...from the top, it is key to think of the arm unit and shaft as a fixed single "structure" ....it is like a scaffolding ...set in place & unmoving ...bring it down and into impact without a hit feeling or an attempt to align the clubface ...use only legs/torso to rotate this "structure"
