In BS feel the left knee goes no further than left big toe ....in TS, left ankle rolls & knee fires across as shown ...do NOT let left knee go back further than the big toe b/c hips will be stuck and you'll be unable to shift left
feel weight move across your feet (from right heel to left forefoot) ...this will engage the abs enabling you to rotate thru the swing properly i.e. push up off the ground and get weight to move to the left heel
