short and compact...arms do very little to bring racket fwd ...prep unit turn ...arms follow and stay in front of torso ...racket head up....strings facing side on and must stay vertical thru swing ....drop racket head and bring arm unit fwd lo to hi using pull then push with abdominals....racket head flips down, slightly back and lags...impact ball and move racket head and handle vertically thru contact ...finish over right shoulder
