High balls ....prepare BS high...do not swing lo to hi...bring back racket level with incoming ball ....BS does NOT drop below ball ...swing level ....make contact at a diagonal ...brush across ball

even tho ball is high, it is imperative to sink down a bit (bend knees) and push up off ground as you swing thru impact
