By turning the shoulders against the hips the last 10% ....AFTER.... you start the DS (with left knee) ... you stretch your back muscles against your lower torso allowing your shoulder girdle to fire more rapidly into the DS

Ground Force Reaction is the crouching down of the knees in the DS and pressing into the ground ...and then pushing up with left leg whilst keeping right leg bent
