...body stays centered thru out swing ...rotational and vertical motions all take place within a stationary centered torso ...only at 1/2 thru in the FT does the torso come fwd as the arm unit pulls the right side towards target... during which, the left side is posted and the right side pivots around it ...you are resisting with your left leg's "tug of war" muscle to prevent swaying too much toward target
