At half way down in the DS, left leg starts to straighten...this will force the left hip up and around ....very key to keep right leg bent and right foot rolling (not lifting)
...at the start of DS left foot presses down into the ground. Feel pressure in your left shin....keep head steady with left shoulder DROPPING off a stationary chin ...then go into the left leg sequence above ...
Note also how golfer's hips stop turning about 2 ft from impact and 2 ft post impact ...they then resume the rotation and pull the whole right side into the FT
