He can't spawn on doors 90-99 CURRENTLY. He CAN spawn on Doors 190-199. Keep in mind this might've been from Before Hotel+ Update where he could spawn there. Imagine if they had a modifier where he could spawn there.
By the way this is an MLW M420 and i spent lots of time working on this. Credits to Roblox user STR_Productions for the original GP38-2W model I added the M420 Radiator and colored it!
