So back in the 1990's, president Bill Clinton (I think) wanted there to be an PTA animated crossover of various famous cartoons at the time fighting back against drugs by having characters from the Smurfs, TMNT, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Alf, Ducktales, Looney Tunes, the Muppet Babies, Garfield, and yes, Winnie the Pooh teach a kid named Michael to stay away from "Mary Jane" (which was totally intentional to the meme above and definitely not a coincidence while researching) by scaring him away from Marijuana rather than actually informing him. Interesting stuff honestly

Like what do people see in Spirited Away? I'm sorry, but I don't see the artistic brilliance in a girl that works in a bathhouse, cleans, pulls out some garbage out of an old man, and gets with a dragon boy with the most obscure twist that suddenly makes them best buds. The pacing is really good; like you can really see how the main character progresses over the course of the story. But I'm not gonna call it one of the most acclaimed animated movies of all time for that one reason. Also no, watchmojo, it is not a better looking movie than the spider-verse films and Loving Vincent and literally any other movie you put in the "best looking animated movies" video. Anyway, if you disagree, please change my mind cuz I really do want to love it like everyone else does. Pls give me more hot takes tho
